
Refund Policy
Contributions, gifts, or membership dues made or paid to the Los Angeles Jewish Home or one of its support groups are not refundable or transferable. Refunds may be provided for events held by the Jewish Home or its support groups. You must notify the Jewish Home in writing at least five working days before an event in order to be eligible for a refund. The Jewish Home reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforeseeable circumstances. We will notify all registrants by telephone and/or e-mail and provide a full refund for any cancelled event. To request a refund, please contact fd@jha.org. Refunds will be provided by check or credit card adjustment, and may require up to 60 days.
