Smoked Salmon, Red Onion and Roma Tomato Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 12-16 garlic toasted sourdough baguette slices
  • Whipped cream cheese
  • 4 medium finely chopped Roma tomatoes
  • 1 small thinly sliced red onion
  • 3-4 ounces smoked salmon pieces
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill (or 1½ teaspoons fresh)
  • Seasoned salt to taste
  • Garlic pepper to taste

Preparation

Spread toasted bread slices very lightly with cream cheese. In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, red onion slices, salmon pieces, dill and seasonings to taste. Divide salmon mixture between the 12 to 16 slices of bread.

Yield: 4 – 6 servings
